Cozy apart with ocean view complete renovate 2024 (Ref. BR023)

Positive: Gyönyörű kilátás, az apartman elhelyezkedése nagyon jó. Bolt kb 5 percre van gyalog, pékség 2 percre. (Életem legjobb péksége) Étteremből rengeteg van a környéken, bár is van a közelben. Parkolóhely 2-3 perc sétára rendszeresen volt. Nagyon élhető helyen van, az apartman felszereltsége tökéletes, nagyon imádtuk. Ágy nagyon kényelmes.

Positive: The flat is spacious and very clean, equipped with many useful kitchen appliances. The bedroom is an inner room with only a small window opening to the living room, which can be an advantage for people sensitive to light. The location is convenient if you are traveling by car and mainly coming back just for the night. Palm-Mar itself is very small and quiet, offering only a limited choice of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, so there isn’t much nightlife or evening entertainment. Still, there are some nice places where you can enjoy a good dinner. There is no private parking, but it was always easy to find a spot along the street nearby. The beach is close and very picturesque, with rocks and a beautiful view of Los Gigantes. While it may not be ideal for swimming, it’s perfect for a sunset walk. The view from the apartment was also great. Negative: Unfortunately, we arrived during one of the hottest periods, and there was no air conditioning or even a ceiling or portable fan. We understand that air conditioning is less common in Tenerife, but at least a fan would have been very appreciated.
