General Terms and Conditions of Be Rental Canarias

Welcome to Be Rental Canarias.

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.berentalcanarias.com and the rental services offered by Be Rental Canarias.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, the user agrees to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using this website.

Nature of the Services Offered

Be Rental Canarias offers properties located in Tenerife intended for:

• short-term tourist rentals (Vivienda Vacacional), in accordance with the applicable tourist regulations;

• and/or temporary rentals (arrendamiento de temporada), in accordance with Spanish legislation.

The nature of the rental applicable to each stay is specified in the corresponding listing and, where applicable, in the specific written contract entered into with the guest.

Temporary rentals do not constitute a tourist rental nor a primary residence.

Services Offered

Be Rental Canarias offers rental properties in Tenerife.

Any reservation request submitted through the website constitutes a pre-reservation. The reservation will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the total amount and the issuance of a written confirmation by Be Rental Canarias.

Reservation Procedure

Any reservation request made through the website constitutes a pre-reservation, without commitment or guarantee.

To secure the reservation, the guest must make a bank transfer corresponding to 50% of the total amount within a maximum period of 48 hours from the request.

If payment is not received within this period, the pre-reservation will be automatically cancelled.

The reservation shall be deemed confirmed only after receipt of the payment and the sending of a written confirmation by Be Rental Canarias.

Remaining Balance and Security Deposit

The remaining 50% balance, as well as the security deposit, must be paid in cash at check-in (key handover).

If the guest wishes to pay these amounts by bank transfer, this must be expressly communicated in advance. In such case, the amounts must be received in our bank account prior to the check-in date.

The security deposit is intended to cover any material damage or loss of keys. In the absence of any incident, it will be fully refunded at the end of the stay.

Mandatory Guest Registration

In accordance with applicable legislation, Be Rental Canarias is required to register all guests staying in its properties with the competent authorities.

For this purpose, the guest must provide the personal data of each occupant, including but not limited to: full name, identity document or passport, nationality, and date of birth.

Failure or refusal to provide such information may result in denial of access to the accommodation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once the reservation has been confirmed, no cancellation or refund will be possible.

Guests are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

Use of the Website

The user undertakes to use the website lawfully and not to engage in any activity that may impair its proper functioning.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property rights and is the exclusive property of Be Rental Canarias or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Data Protection

Personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR) and the website’s privacy policy.

Amendments to the Terms

Be Rental Canarias reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments shall take effect upon publication on the website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Tenerife (Spain).
