Duplex Sea and Mountain View (Ref. BR004)

Goed gelegen en mooi appartement Positive: Het appartement is goed gelegen en biedt verschillende terrassen met mooi zicht. Jennifer heeft ons goed ontvangen en heeft snel ingegrepen toen we geen WIFI hadden. Het zwembad is groot en goed verwarmd Negative: Geen belangrijke opmerkingen. De parking oprijden is wel een uitdaging want zeer steil maar het was goed dat er een parking beschikbaar was.

Superb accommodation, everything first class. Positive: We (family of four, two older children) had a lovely time over the Christmas period staying in this superb apartment. Located in a quiet street just off the (also quiet) main road in Palm Mar, everything about the spacious accommodation was first rate. Two large balconies, (one rooftop) for enjoying fantastic views of the sea and mountains, loads of natural light, well appointed and spotlessly clean throughout, very comfortable sofa & beds and extremely well stocked in kitchen equipment, which meant we enjoyed cooking several meals. We also loved the private heated swimming pool. The apartment is in short walking distance of the restaurants and bars in Palm Mar, which is a quiet and peaceful resort compared to those a few miles away. The apartment also has a private undercover car parking space which we used throughout our stay. It's in a great location, just 20 minutes from the airport and five minutes from the motorway, which we used to get on the road to exploring the Island and visiting Teide etc. Access wise Stephane provided superb comms ahead of our arrival and met us at the property to give us the keys and show us around. Check out was just a case of leaving the keys in the property. Negative: Nothing really

Top en voor herhaling vatbaar. Positive: De vlotheid in alles. Konden ook, ondanks het vroege aankomstuur, onmiddellijk beschikken over de accommedatie en met een gedetailleerde uitleg over al de mogelijkheden. Negative: Eigenlijk niets.
